The Mulberry Hotel

I enjoyed my stay here and I was surprised how nice it was for the price. It was in a good location for what I was in the area for, only a few minutes away from the places I had planned to go on my trip. The breakfast was good and all the staff was very nice and helpful. My main thing for a motel is the cleanliness and I was nervous about it because of the price, but to my surprise it was very clean. We will stay there again in the future.

What a pretty hotel. The decor when you walk in is Southern and charming. This place is clean and well kept. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The room was clean and comfortable. Located just down the way from main highway close to parks, restaurants, and gas stations. Will be staying here again. Lovely hotel.

The room was great/ clean and it was close to the places we were going to be. The staff was great, The breakfast was average. Although most hotel breakfasts are average. We had no issues during our stay.

The location is just minutes from Lake Charles, in a quiet area that is easy to get too with an open parking lot. The hotel is elegant and modern clean and smelled great. The studio rooms are a good size. The breakfast was among the best I've had at a hotel: waffles with multiple toppings available, bagels, muffins, scrambled eggs with cheese available as well as plain, awesome sausage, fruit, coffee, tea, milk, juice. Nice clean, roomy eating area with large windows. The price I paid through booking was less than half the price listed for 1 nights stay! Great deal! The other guests were very respectful and quiet.

I was in town for a model horse show with my granddaughter. The staff was VERY fun, friendly and accommodating. Booking.com canceled my reservation without me knowing and the wonderful woman at the desk helped me to get a room. She even upgraded us to a suite.
